We are Tracey and Clive Owens, we live in a little village on the border of Co. Kildare and Co. Offaly. I work in Trinity College Dublin as a nurse tutor and Clive works in the IT industry in supply chain. We have been married since August 2009 and have been together since early 1999. We have an adorable golden labrador called Alfie.. We are expecting our first baby in January....exciting times ahead for us. This blog is our own personal record of our lives and a medium for our family abroad to keep up with whats going on in our world!!

1st visit to Roscommon

We brought Lucy for her 1st visit to Roscommon last weekend to visit Granny & Grandad, Auntie Eilish & Uncle Eddie! Eilish & Eddie hosted us on saturday and cooked the finest roast beef diner for us all. Her daddy bought her her first Roscommon jersey so she can cheer for the Rossies!!
On Sunday granny and grandad looked after Lucy while we went to JJ Harlows bar to meet our cousin Karen. We were fortunate enough to be in the presence of talented musicians who entertained us all night long! Also, at the end of the evening Tracey got up and sang one of her classics... Well done babe, you have a beautiful voice!! I think it's time for us to do some more recording!!
